Need: February 1, 2018-April 16, 2018
RPB is hiring a seasonal General Office Assistant from February 1, 2018 through April 16, 2018. This assistant will join our McFarland office working up to 30 hours a week during the upcoming busy tax season. Key responsibilities of the position include answering phones, greeting clients, scanning of tax documents, and the assembly of tax returns. We are willing to work with a flexible schedule.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ years prior office experience preferred
- Extremely organized and able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
- A positive, can-do attitude!
