Location: Madison

Term: Part-Time Seasonal

We are looking to add a part-time seasonal (February through April 16th) Administrative Assistant to our Madison office.  20 hours per week, including some hours every other Saturday.  Flexible schedule – perfect for moms who want to work during school hours only!

In this role you will assist with scanning, assembly of tax returns, copying, answering phones, greeting clients and other miscellaneous office tasks during the busy tax season.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years prior secretarial experience preferred
  • Must be able to operate copy machines, fax machines and scanners
  • Professional phone etiquette required
  • Computer skills preferred
  • Ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks
